Fully Electric (Commercial) Multi-Function Cleaning Vessel

The technical features of the fully electric (commercial) multi-function cleaning vessel include a 6+1 modular design—consisting of 6 standard modules (catamaran hull, deck, thruster system, three-electric control system, operation system, and safety warning system) plus 1 optional module that can be configured with a monitoring system, cleaning system, unmanned navigation system, etc.

1、Catamaran hull design enables safe maneuvering and stable navigation on water, with an automatic debris collection function during operations. The collector has a volume of ≥ 0.6 m³ and a collection depth of 0.4–0.5 m.

2、Its unique bow design allows for the integration of a flushing pump system and other components. The control station adopts a recessed control panel tilted inward at a 25° angle, ensuring clear visibility and easy independent operation. The cabin is equipped with 2–3 rows of seats, accommodating a crew of 1–6 persons.

3、The cabin roof is fitted with high-beam lights, warning lights, a high-decibel horn, 360° cameras, and other equipment.

4、Power system: Equipped with BYD lithium iron phosphate batteries with a total capacity of 22.5 kWh, supporting a continuous operation time of ≥ 8 hours.

5、During patrols, the vessel can perform high-speed cruising and monitoring tasks, with a maximum patrol speed of ≤ 20 km/h.

6、When berthing or decelerating, the cleaning system can be activated to clean walls, railings, and other soiled surfaces.

5、Configuration: 360° HD camera with a 1TB memory card for storage; one HD supplementary camera installed at the bow and stern respectively, enabling wide-angle information collection within a 600-meter range.

6、Unmanned navigation system is available as an option. It is a multi-functional cleaning vessel delivering greater value creation for the industry.
