1. Composed of chassis, shredding unit, power unit, base, drive belt, discharge barrel and other components;

2. The shredding unit is fully welded with steel plates, featuring a unique 8-blade double-edged dual-cutter disc structure, which ensures stable operation with low vibration. It is equipped with two groups of adjustable large bottom blades, consisting of one adjustable lower blade and two adjustable side blades;

This product is a stationary cutting and hammer-impact shredding machine. Its working principle is as follows: manually feed thinned or pruned branches and twigs into the hopper; the branches are cut into wood chips through the shearing action of the chipping blades, bottom blades and side blades, then further crushed into wood shavings via hammer impact, and finally discharged through the discharge barrel by the throwing blades.

Chipping Blade: The 4 blades installed on the main cutterhead (main chipping feed inlet) and 4 blades on the auxiliary cutterhead (branch feed inlet) are all referred to as chipping blades. Each chipping blade consists of a blade body, alloy blade and high-strength fixing bolts. The main and auxiliary chipping blades are interchangeable.

Bottom Blade: The plate-shaped blades installed at the lower part of the lower body of both main and auxiliary feed inlets are called bottom blades. Made of high-quality steel, each bottom blade is composed of a blade, embedded fixing bolts, nuts and an adjusting rod.

Side Blade: The formed blades installed inside the left and right side plates of the lower body of both main and auxiliary feed inlets are called side blades. Made of high-quality steel, each side blade consists of a blade, embedded fixing bolts, nuts and an adjusting rod.
