1. Adopting a quick-connect structure for mounting on the vehicle chassis, it is safe and reliable. Installation and disassembly can be completed within 5 minutes, ensuring high operational efficiency, reducing operator labor intensity, and enabling quick interchange with front-mounted snow shovels and other attachments.

2. The vertical lifting mechanism is equipped with pulleys and guide wheels, and controlled by double oil cylinders, making the lifting of the sweeper more flexible. It not only reduces the lifting height of the sweeper to provide the operator with a broader field of vision, but also makes the operation safer and more reliable.

3. Directly driven by a hydraulic power unit, the sweeper can achieve left and right swing with stepless adjustment of the swing angle within ±30°, allowing for quick changes in cleaning direction. The swing oil cylinders adopt double-acting double cylinders, which can meet the operational requirements of different environments.

4. The front-mounted roller brush is equipped with bidirectional assembled rod end joint bearings. By adjusting the rotating shaft, stepless adjustment of the brush height can be quickly achieved, which is convenient and efficient. The brush adjustment is more precise, and the service life of the brush is greatly extended.

5. It features terrain-following floating function, which can swing left and right along the cross slope of the road surface, greatly improving the cleaning effect on uneven ground.

6. The brush and motor are installed with a quick-change system, facilitating easy and fast replacement of the brush and motor, and greatly improving work efficiency.

7. The brush adopts a new type of 6/4 mixed-filament brush. Among them, the plastic filaments are made of high-elasticity, wear-resistant, rhombus-shaped polypropylene engineering material, and the steel wires are made of high-elasticity, wear-resistant 32SiMnTi material, which greatly enhances the service life and cleaning effect of the brush.

8. Two solid-tire universal wheels are designed to ensure the driving smoothness and maneuverability of the sweeper, allowing the vehicle to operate even when turning, and ensuring the safety and service life of the tires. Self-lubricating bearings are built into the tires to ensure 360° smooth rotation of the universal wheels under heavy load conditions.

9. Adopting a dual-motor direct drive mode, it delivers stronger power and greatly improves operational efficiency.

10. It is designed with a hydraulic floating function, which enables the sweeper to automatically avoid obstacles through hydraulic control. After obstacle avoidance, it can quickly resume cleaning to ensure no residue is left.

11. The controller in the driver’s cab can execute all action commands for the sweeper. The controller buttons and operating handles are flexible, reliable and easy to operate.

12. It is equipped with a safety lighting system to meet the needs of nighttime operations; wide-view marker rods are installed at both ends of the roller brush for operator convenience. (Optional configuration based on requirements)
